Flakey pie crust filled with Swiss cheese, sautéed green onions and crispy bacon baked in a seasoned light egg custard. One pie serves 4 - 8 people.

Ham and Egg Casserole - $18.00
A savory breakfast egg casserole made with sour dough bread, cubed smoked ham and cheddar cheese. Serves 6 - 8 people.

Texas Breakfast Casserole - $20.00
A zesty pork sausage, mushrooms, Monterey Jack Cheese and egg casserole baked in a bread dough crust. Serves 8 - 10 people.

Cowboy Migas Casserole - $20.00
A Tex-Mex breakfast casserole made with pork sausage, onion, bell pepper, tomato, sharp cheddar cheese baked with corn tortillas. Best served with salsa and sour cream on the side. Serves 8 - 12 people.
